About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Webflow Developer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for clean, responsive web design. If you’re comfortable working in Webflow, have a good grasp of HTML/CSS, and are willing to learn advanced tools like GSAP or Swiper.js — this could be a great fit for you.
You’ll be working closely with our design and development teams to convert Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites, while learning to follow best practices in SEO, animations, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
Convert designs from Figma into responsive and pixel-accurate Webflow websites
Assist in creating Webflow CMS Collections and reusable components
Use Webflow’s interaction panel for basic animations and hover effects
Help implement sliders using Webflow’s native tools or Swiper.js (training provided)
Learn and apply on-page SEO practices (semantic HTML, meta tags, accessibility)
Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean structure across devices
Ensure websites are fully responsive across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Collaborate with senior developers and designers on each project
Test websites across different browsers and devices
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency
✅ Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with Webflow (portfolio or demo work will be required)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery
Willingness to learn GSAP animations and external plugin integrations
Good communication skills and the ability to follow team guidelines
Strong attention to detail and design alignment
💡 Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Client-First framework or Finsweet Attributes
JavaScript understanding
Previous remote or agency work
