About the Role:

We’re hiring a skilled Webflow Developer to build responsive, fast, and visually engaging websites. You must have solid HTML/CSS skills, understand on-page SEO, and be confident with advanced animations using GSAP. Experience with slider plugins (native or custom) is also important.

Responsibilities:

Convert designs from Figma into responsive and pixel-accurate Webflow websites
Develop animations and interactions using Webflow’s native tools and GSAP for advanced motion when needed
Build dynamic, scalable layouts using Webflow CMS Collections
Implement and customize slider components, including native Webflow sliders or external libraries like Swiper.js
Maintain clean structure using classes, naming conventions, and reusable components
Ensure SEO best practices are followed — semantic HTML tags, optimized assets, meta tags, heading hierarchy, and accessibility
Optimize pages for performance and load speed (lazy loading, image compression, LCP/FCP considerations)
Ensure websites are fully responsive across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and team members to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain documentation of build structure and reusable components when needed
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency

✅ Must-Have Skills:

Expert in Webflow Designer and Webflow CMS
Strong command over HTML, CSS, and jQuery (mandatory)
Experience with — or a strong willingness to learn — GSAP (GreenSock) for advanced animations
Ability to integrate and configure jQuery plugins within Webflow projects
Solid grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals, including structure, tags, accessibility, and performance
High attention to detail with a strong focus on design accuracy and consistency
A team player who communicates clearly, collaborates well, and supports shared project goals
Someone who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with accountability

💡 Bonus Skills:
